摘要: Salivary gland cancers are highly aggressive epithelial tumor associated with metastatic potential and high mortality. The tumors biologically diverse of various histotypes. Besides, the detection diagnosis is a major problem salivary cancer for available treatment modalities. In present study, we have investigated association sperm antigen 9 (SPAG9) expression (SGT). Clinical specimens benign (n = 16) malignant 86) were examined SPAG9 expression. addition, sera adjacent non-cancerous tissues 72) from patients obtained. Our in situ RNA hybridization immunohistochemistry (IHC) analysis revealed significant difference (p 0.0001) gene protein (63%) (84%) specimens. Further, was also observed between (P 0.05). A cut-off value >10% cells expressing designated as positive IHC, predicted presence SGT 83.72% sensitivity, 100% specificity, PPV NPV. Humoral response against generated 68% patients. 0.212 OD anti-SPAG9 antibodies ELISA 69.23% 78.94% Collectively, our data suggests that majority show among exhibit humoral protein. Hence, may be developed biomarker tumors.
