摘要: It is commonly known that the ionosphere has significant effects on a low-frequency (particularly P-band) radar signal. causes degradation of image quality in synthetic aperture (SAR) and inverse SAR (ISAR) imaging systems. In this letter, we analyze ionospheric signals find total electron content (TEC) key to effects. A method proposed evaluate TEC from received ISAR signal correct Some real experimental results, using ground-based P-band system observe space target ionosphere, are used validate method.
