摘要: In a prospective study, children < or =13 years of age with respiratory infections were examined. At each visit, nasal swab specimen was obtained for the detection influenza, and physician recorded his her opinion on whether child had influenza. Among 2288 infections, overall sensitivity clinical diagnosis influenza 38% positive predictive value 32%.
