摘要: Abstract The two ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacers (1 and 2) of the hookworms Ancylostoma caninum, A. tubaeforme, ceylanicum duodenale were sequenced. sequence lengths similar among four species, except that had slightly longer (by 5–7 bp) spacer 1 2 sequences. predicted secondary structure precursor rRNA was for all despite interspecific differences in primary ranging from 0.9% to 13.2%. Interspecific ranged 7.5%. A cladistic analysis data, using human hookworm Necator americanus as outgroup, provided little resolution phylogenetic relationships, occurred on a branch external other three species. Nonetheless, may provide useful information at higher taxonomic levels within superfamily Ancylostomatoidea.
