摘要: Count data, or number of events per time interval, are discrete data arising from repeated to event observations. Their mean count, piecewise constant rate, can be evaluated by probability distributions the Poisson model family. Clinical trial characterization often involves population count analysis. This tutorial presents basics and diagnostics modeling simulation in context pharmacometrics. Consideration is given overdispersion, underdispersion, autocorrelation, inhomogeneity.
