摘要: Abstract The prevalence of clinical and subclinical digital disorders in 2121 pure breed crossbreed Holstein Friesian Dutch dairy cows, housed all year round free stalls, was determined a cross-sectional study on 34 farms (average herd size 66 cows) the Netherlands. At time claw trimming, spring 1990, following affections hindclaws were diagnosed (prevalence over cows between brackets): dermatitis interdigitalis (83.1%), digitalis (17.6%), phlegmona (0.4%), pododermatitis aseptice diffusa (4.5%), lesions (74.7%), ulceration at typical place (5.5%) white line widening (7.6%) cavity sole (4.9%). A high zero-grazing found. Only 1.2% clinically lame. Differences herds considerable. Herd prevalences ranged from 35 to nearly 100% for 0% (4 farms) 50% digitalis. On five found (totalling 9 cows). Six solar ulcers. Cows second month lactation tend have highest most affections. Prevalences affections, if not significant, increase with parity. For laminitis opposite tendency Heifers had diffusa.
