摘要: In this paper, a performance assessment of four main types ice storage techniques for space cooling purposes, namely slurry systems, ice-on-coil systems (both internal and external melt), encapsulated is conducted. A detailed analysis, coupled with case study based on the literature data, follows. The making are compared basis energy exergy criteria including charging, discharging efficiencies, which make up retrieval process. Losses due to heat leakage irreversibilities from entropy generation included. vapor-compression refrigeration cycle R134a as working fluid provides load, while analysis performed in both full partial process, comparisons between these two. storage, efficiencies associated charging processes well over 98% all cases, ranged 46% 76% 18% 24% cycle. For were slightly less than that increasing effect wall has decreased volume load. results show analyses alone do not provide much useful insight into system behavior, since vast majority losses result irreversibilities.
