摘要: The well-characterized basic functions of the Na+/K+ pump include: (1) maintenance transmembrane Na+ and K+ gradients over plasma membrane, which is a prerequisite for generation resting membrane potential action potential; (2) electrochemical gradient ions provides energy uphill movements H+ Ca2+ as well sugars amino acids through appropriately coupled transfer devices; (3) high [K+] environment required optimum activity many intracellular enzymes involved in macromolecule synthesis. In outcome, plays key role regulation normal cellular homeostasis, cell differentiation proliferation.
