摘要: The mechanisms contributing to the metalization and formation of conducting at low temperature superconducting phase in high-T c super–conductors are discussed. Related experimental investigations on La2−xCuO4+δ reviewed with special emphasis our recent magnetic susceptibility conductivity experiments excess oxygen doped ceramic single crystal samples . Particular attention was paid thermal history following early observation that can be significantly reduced by rapidly quenching temperatures below about 220 K. give very strong evidence superconductors follows concept percolative electronic separation.
