摘要: The synthesis of high quality ZnO nanowire (NW) arrays on a range conventional conductive substrates has important applications in LEDs, nanogenerators and piezotronics. In this paper, using ammonium hydroxide as the reactant, together with zinc nitrate hexahydrate, NW have been grown various patterned metal layers, such Au, Ag, Cu Sn, without pre-depositing seed layer. mechanism for novel route discussed effect parameters ammonia concentration solution/container volume ratio growth also investigated. Preferentially selective nucleation subsequent was demonstrated patterns different metals seed. Electrical characterization subsequently performed to reveal characteristics contacts formed between NWs underlying layer . Further demonstration as-fabricated flexible an electromechanical switch response externally applied strain exhibits potential seedless areas ranging from sensing, energy harvesting interfacing piezotronics silicon based technologies.
