摘要: The synthesis of high quality ZnO nanowire (NW) arrays on a range conventional conductive substrates has important applications in LEDs, nanogenerators and piezotronics. In this paper, using ammonium hydroxide as the reactant, together with zinc nitrate hexahydrate, NW have been grown various patterned metal layers, such Au, Ag, Cu Sn, without pre-depositing seed layer. mechanism for novel route discussed effect parameters ammonia concentration solution/container volume ratio growth also investigated.
