摘要: Leaf stable isotope compositions (δ13C and δ15N) are influenced by various abiotic biotic factors. Qinghai spruce (Picea crassifolia Kom.) as one of the dominant tree species in Qilian Mountains plays a key role ecological stability arid region northwest China. However, our knowledge relative importance multiple factors on leaf δ13C δ15N remains incomplete. In this work, we investigated relationships to age, age nutrients examine patterns controls variation Picea crassifolia. Results showed that 13C 15N current-year leaves were more enriched than older ones at each level. There was no significant difference values among trees different ages, while juvenile (<50 years old) depleted compared middle-aged (50–100 level except for 1-year-old leaves. Meanwhile, analysis has demonstrated most important indicators δ15N. Moreover, N concentrations played variations Above all, these results provide valuable information eco-physiological responses P. semi-arid regions.
