摘要: We present an improved methodology for a thermal transient method enabling simultaneous measure- ment of conductivity and specific heat nanoscale structures with one-dimensional flow. The temporal response sample to finite duration pulse inputs both short (1 ns) long (5 ls) pulses is analyzed exploited deduce the properties. Excellent agreement has been obtained between recovered physical parameters computational simulations through choosing optimized width.
