摘要: Polymers currently used for cardiovascular replacement, both clinically and experimentally, fall into two categories; rough surfaced smooth materials. The reaction of the blood upon contact with each type material is different. materials, e.g., Dacron polyester (polyethylene terephthalate), are porous, encourage formation adherent thrombus on their surfaces. polyether urethanes, generally impervious to resist thrombus; although none materials approach thromboresistance natural endothelial lining vessel wall (1,2).
