The thermal conductivity of KBr, KCl and SiO2 at low temperatures

摘要: Summary The thermal resistance of crystals KBr and KCl was investigated in the region liquid helium. Both show an increase as case quartz, rise, however, being much smaller than that case. Remarkable is fact which diminishes rapidly from 90°K down to 10°K 1/40 value at 90°K, again shows a very strong increase, while salts, only about 1/10 has increase. We suspect, augmentation low temperatures general property matter.
