摘要: The effects of salinity and watering regime on tomato crop are reported. trials have been carried out over two years in Southern Italy a deep loam soil. Three saline levels irrigation water (with electrical conductivity 0.5, 5 10 dS m-1), three regimes (at 20, 40 60% available depletion), cultivars ( HLY19 Perfectpeel ) were compared. overall results related to the tolerance agreement with those from literature indicating that reduced marketable yield by 55% respect control treatments. provided higher total at depletion (on average, 90.5 58.1 Mg ha-1 against 85.3 55.5 20% depletion). Saline treatments did not affect sunburned fruits, while affected incidence fruits blossom-end rot. former disease appeared more dramatically (+28% control), occurred mainly in  . was 52% lower W2 W1 W3. Fruit firmness S0, whereas it regimes. Total soluble solids dry matter content increased salinity, cultivars. pH titratable acidity remained unchanged between years, cultivar Similarly last parameters, fruit ascorbic acid relation treatments, but recommended thresholds easily preserve 60%, respectively. Watering frequently, instead, soil type trial, probably caused water-logging root hypoxia affecting negatively yield.
