摘要: Abstract Background Markedly elevated plasma glucose and relatively low HbA1c compared to is one diagnostic criterion for fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus (FT1DM). Glycated albumin (GA) a glycemic control marker that reflects in shorter period than HbA1c. This study investigated whether GA useful differential diagnosis between FT1DM acute-onset autoimmune (T1ADM) or not. Methods included 38 patients 31 T1ADM whom both were measured at the time of diagnosis. Results In patients, as significantly lower (HbA1c; 6.6 ± 0.9% vs. 11.7 ± 2.6%, P Conclusions also may be when cut-off value can set 33.5%.
