摘要: Ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) molecule governs one of the major cellular DNA repair pathway and is found to be crucial inhibit cancer progression. Herein, after introducing basic description about ATM gene, its protein structure functions, then we will discuss role gene aberrations in various types cancers. It explained that some overlaps between Ataxia Telangiectasia (AT) patient other metabolic disorders relying on importance mutations pathogenesis AT disease. Finally, spectrum promoter methyltion different cancers provided.
