摘要: 221 Background: Peer review (PR) in Radiation Oncology has been shown to be effective improving quality of treatment by detecting and correcting deficiencies proposed plans prior treatment. PR is also in: guiding departmental planning policies processes; reducing variation practice; providing a venue for multi-disciplinary communication, increasing staff trainee awareness evolving processes.
