摘要: Objective: Only about 15% of the potential candidates for lung donation are considered suitable transplantation. A new method ex vivo perfusion (EVLP) has been developed and can be used evaluation reconditioning “marginal” unacceptable lungs. This is a report functional experience with twelve donor lungs deemed in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
