摘要: Overoxidized polypyrrole colloids imprinted with l-lactate were prepared to evaluate the performance of overoxidation pseudo-template technique developed by authors. A colloid that had been from a mixture monomer (pyrrole), dopant (l-lactate), steric stabilizer (poly(vinylpyrrolidone)) and oxidizing agent (peroxodisulfate) was electrochemically overoxidized at +1.5 V vs Ag|AgCl create complementary cavity for recognition molecules, which structurally similar dopant, through dedoping. As target molecule enantioselective uptake into colloid, we selected alanine, is different template (lactate) only in one side chain (alanine, −NH2; lactic acid, −OH).
