摘要: The sequence of cellular infiltration into interstitial lung tissue subsequent to intratracheal administration bleomycin was examined in hamsters. Quantitation lesions following treatment showed a transient increase the percentage involved, which peaked at 21 days and decreased thereafter. Associated with these significant cell profile density 28 days. total number profiles after composition lesion dominated by monocytes, neutrophils, macrophages initial phase fibrosis. Subsequently, monocytes were significantly 21, 28, 42 days, as compared 7-day value. Similarly, neutrophils In contrast, (7 days) later 35 value 4 treatment. Lesion exhibited increases fibroblasts eosinophils, accompanied general lymphocytes. It is concluded that bleomycin-induced inflammatory sequela exhibits temporally based changes infiltrate temporal cellularity might be one determinants pathophysiology pulmonary fibrosis induced bleomycin.
