摘要: The anti-tumor promoting activity of a polyphenolic fraction from grape seeds (GSP) was examined in CD-1 mouse skin epidermis. Specifically, the ability this to inhibit 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA)-induced tumor promotion and two markers skin, ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities, evaluated. Pretreatment with 5, 10, 20 30 mg GSP resulted dose-dependent reduction TPA-induced epidermal ODC 27, 37, 48 70%, respectively, compared controls.
