摘要: Managing the patient's immune system after haematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is a challenge, mainly in unstable period immediately transplant. Currently there no standardized non-invasive diagnostic tool for evaluation of immunological complications such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and managing cellular function transplant recipient. The ImmuKnow assay monitoring has been incorporated successfully into clinical follow-up routine solid organ recipients. This study aims to explore relevance potential contribution using setting HCT. We found that ImmuKnow-level measurement can distinguish between states quiescence events acute GVHD. levels were significantly higher patients going through GVHD than measured same during stability. Moreover, we demonstrate patient case where longitudinal provided trustworthy depiction post-HCT. In conclusion, provide evidence individualized following Further studies are necessary order establish optimal practice utilizing this purpose.
