摘要: The executive directors of all Iowa community mental health centers were surveyed in order to determine the relationship between work environment and job burnout. Organizational characteristics related "rurality," i.e., location a rural county, fewer employees, smaller budgets, more time spent direct clinical care, not associated with burnout among this state. Implications effect service reorganization on human providers regard policy, force issues, directions for future research are discussed.
