摘要: Microemulsion systems (MES) offer advantages as drug delivery systems, among them favour absorption, being in most case more efficient than other methods delivering of drug. In this work a new MES was obtained order to be applied pressurized aerosol formulation containing bee propolis ethanolic extract (PEE). For that, pseudoternary phase diagrams were used characterize the microemulsions boundaries and also define Winsor IV microemulsion region PEE-MES system Tween 80 surfactant cosurfactant ethyl alcohol small percentage. The results indicated that best composed by with C/S (cosurfactant/surfactant) ratio equal 1.0, since it provided large O/W region. This formulation, which consisting oil phase, is herein designed for topical uses (PEE-MES spraying) treat mouth throat inflammatory infections. Considering very conventional vehicles, type has compatible achieving highest aim loadings, determined substantially specific application (drug solubilization water systems) improving case, farmacological aplications. Additionally, antibacterial effect evidenced newest chemical approach extraction material from resinous hive.
