摘要: OBJECTIVE. Functional MR techniques report on a variety of biologic features tumors: dynamic contrast-enhanced, diffusion-weighted, and intrinsic susceptibility-weighted MRI spectroscopy reflect, at simplistic level, vascularity, cellularity, hypoxic sta tus, metabolism, respectively. This article reviews the evidence for each functional readouts to determine these clinical end points thus influence management ovarian, endometrial, cervical cancer. CONCLUSION. These may be implemented in gynecologic malignancies detect, characterize, stage tumors as well potentially predict outcome measure response treatment.
