摘要: The Energy Consumption Allowance (ECA) has been recognized as an effective analytical methodology and management tool that helps to improve efficiency performance. With wide distribution great energy consumption in low efficiency, the mechanical manufacturing industry considerable energy-saving potential. This paper illustrates concept connotation of traditional ECA systematically analysed deficiencies industry. To overcome application process, a new fine allowance (FECA) for workpieces proposed contributing strengthening monitoring improving Based on establishing framework FECA workpiece, method developing workpiece was including five steps: (i) analysis machining process; (ii) establishment basic database; (iii) determination time parameters; (iv) each procedure acquirement FECA; (v) card (FECA-card). Furthermore, case study practicability by primary real plant.
