摘要: Plant uptake of cadmium (Cd) is affected by soil and environmental conditions. In this study, hydroponic experiments were conducted to investigate the effects elevated CO2 coupled with inoculated endophytic bacteria M002 on morphological properties, gas exchange, photosynthetic pigments, chlorophyll fluorescence, Cd S. alfredii. The results showed that bio-fortification processes (elevated and/or bacteria) significantly (p < 0.05) promoted growth patterns, improved characteristics increased tolerance both ecotypes alfredii, as compared normal Net rate (Pn) in intact leaves hyperaccumulating ecotype (HE) non-hyperaccumulating (NHE) 73.93 32.90%, respectively at low (2 μM), 84.41 57.65%, high level (10 μM). Superposition treatment concentration shoots roots HE, 50.87 82.12%, 46.75 88.92%, level. Besides, superposition declined transfer factor NHE, 0.85% non-Cd rate, 17.22% 22.26% These indicate bacterial inoculation may effectively improve phytoremediation efficiency Cd-contaminated soils hyperaccumulator, alleviate toxicity non-hyperaccumulator Sedum
