摘要: One of the main features digital crime is its transnational character, which seems to pose a major challenge harmonization and coordination police resources, are by definition local. However, an empirical analysis international governance cybercrime provides alternative reading. This article uses social network (SNA) approach model polycentric structure actors initiatives that make up web anti-cybercrime cooperation. Based on dataset 657 organisational affiliated 51 initiatives, affiliation (or 2-mode network) methodology applied in order measure network’s cohesion while equally identifying public private play central role these arrangements or fulfill brokerage function between segmented geographical functional subsets nodes.
