摘要: This paper describes the use of hot-film anemometry in two-phase liquid - flows with particular reference to kerosene/water flows. The origin this research work was an experimental study `bubbly' flow a vertical pipe, which detailed information required for continuous water phase. A carried out identify (i) optimized fluid-flow conditions measurements flows, (ii) accurate long-term stable calibration procedures and (iii) flow-measurement techniques identifying bubble (or droplet) part phase signal. Computer-based related signal analysis have been developed implemented single normal (SN), X array split-fibre (SF) probes. An outline methodology is given each technique. compatability three probe demonstrated by comparative volume fraction fraction, , range 5 40%.
