摘要: The effect of personal cigarette smoking on the growth lung function in children and adolescents has been assessed a longitudinal study group 669 subjects 5 to 19 yr age at initial examination. Subjects were seen annually with standard questionnaires measurements forced expiratory volume one second (FEV1) flow during middle half vital capacity (FEF25-75). Multiple regression analysis revealed that after correction for previous FEV1 or FEF25-75, age, sex, height, change interactions sex mother's smoking, by led significant decrease rate (p less than 0.001) FEF25-75 = 0.033). On basis this analysis, it is estimated that, average, who begin smoke 15 continue would achieve only 92% (95% confidence limit, 87 96%) their expected 90% 81 99%), 20 age. These data suggest relatively small amounts use (median total consumption 7,300 cigarettes study) can lead effects function.
