摘要: Abstract: Chemical-looping combustion is a completely new method of oxidizing fuels without the direct use either air or oxygen. Using this approach, fuel, usually natural gas in test work done to date, oxidized by an oxygen carrier, which then regenerated reaction air. For most, but not all, carriers, fuel conversion process endothermic while regeneration step strongly exothermic. overall, equivalent burning presence nitrogen gases from reactor contain only carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and H O) with minimal production oxides (No x ), so that after condensation water, pure stream CO results, suitable for compression sequestration capture process. research described here, has concentrated mainly on developing often based Ni, Cu Fe, demonstrating them larger reactors, as prelude industrial demonstration technology. However, now also focussing chemical-looping syngas, solid schemes produce highly hydrogen.
