摘要: Abstract Planning policy goals now emphasise the need to plan for accessibility and it is clear that increasing mode share of public transport a key requirement. One enduring issues has been how embed these aspirations into mainstream planning practice. There considerable diversity approach measuring with no single perfect measure.
