摘要: Abstract This study describes cost management development projects in three customer–supplier relationships and analyzes these from the perspective of relationships. Differences suppliers’ objectives, actions taken, results gained were found explorative study, although customer's objective was same all cases. The use information depended on balance power between firms, trust personnel, volume firms’ mutual business.
