Effect of Nano-Packaging Material on Quality of Flammulina velutipes

摘要: 【Objective】 A nano-packaging material was prepared by blending polyethylene (PE) with nano Ag, TiO2, attapulgite and it’s effects on the preservation quality of Flammulina velutipes were investigated. 【Method】 The morphological physical properties nanocomposite tested via scanning electron microscopy barrier test. During 15-day storage at 4℃, sensory quality, weight loss, decay rates, browning degree, relative conductivity, soluble solids content, protein free amino acid parameters treated regular PE packaging evaluated. 【Result】 results indicated that homogeneous distribution nanoparticles contributed to better materials. significant differences exhibited between packages without physiological indexes main nutritional velutipes. Weight rot index, conductivity degree in decreased 43.14%, 97.13%, 29.77% 12.68% compared respectively. Additionally, content under also well presented. 【Conclusion】 Nano-packaging greatly improved packaging.
