摘要: Deep drawing is a cost effective sheet metal forming process to produce many industrial components. However, complex geometrical drawn parts are difficult form due several modes and conditions of the material flow. Commonly problems associated operation wrinkling tearing defects, which affect quality parts. Actually, there not theoretical methods developed in literature yet, so trial error method used reduce or eliminate deep defects inclusive utilized earlier production stages, resulting higher costs longer times.This paper describe proposed solution wrinkles on flanges an fan support that result from applying process. An analysis procedure based development correct blank considering three different geometries was proposed. The include analytical available literature, simulation with computer program Finite Element Method (FEM) experimentation. FEM model, results, these were validated by measuring thickness profile part, before after implementation. results have shown combining both methods, possible know influence degree geometry wrinkle defect can be as design tool.Copyright © 2014 ASME
