摘要: The synthesis of new functional monomers based on vanillin is reported. further were used in the different temperature-responsive photo cross-linkable polymers via free radical polymerization with N-isopropyl acrylamide and a maleimide cross-linker. These characterized by NMR, FTIR UV spectroscopy, as well gel permeation chromatography (GPC) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Critical solution temperatures determined spectroscopy. Hydrogel thin films formed spin coating polymer over gold adhesion promotor followed cross-linking irradiation. swelling properties surface plasmon resonance coupled optical waveguide behavior hydrogel was function temperature. incorporation dialkyl amino group compensated hydrophobic effect monomer. Transition physiological range could be obtained.
