摘要: A novel zero voltage and current switching full bridge pulse width modulation (ZVZCS-FB-PWM) converter is proposed analyzed. An auxiliary circuit, which consists of a diode winding coupled with output inductor, are added to provide (ZCS) conditions. The ZCS lagging-leg switches achieved by resetting the primary induced EMF during freewheeling period. Many advantages including low pressure, simple circuit topology cost make new very attractive for high power applications. operation, analysis design considerations illustrated verified on 3 kW 100 kHz IGBT based experimental circuit.
