Influence of PVP template on the formation of porous TiO 2 nanofibers by electrospinning technique for dye-sensitized solar cell

摘要: The porous TiO2 nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning technique using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as template well pore-forming agent at the calcination temperature of 475 °C for 5 h. influence various concentrations PVP (5, 8 and 10 wt%) on surface area porosity (NFs) studied BET-specific analyzer. NFs obtained wt% had higher than those PVP. electrospun characterized TG analysis, X-ray diffraction, FTIR, FE-SEM TEM studies. Finally, dye-sensitized solar cells assembled photoanode, Pt cathode 0.5 M 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide, LiI, 0.05 I2, 4-tertbutylpyridine in acetonitrile an electrolyte. Among three photoanodes, cell showed power conversion efficiency (PCE) 4.81 % PVP, which lower PCE 4.13 3.42 %, respectively.
