Near-infrared indocyanine materials for bioanalysis and nano-TiO 2 photoanodes of solar cell

摘要: Two near-infrared fluorescence N-p-carboxybenzyl indocyanines with the maxima emission wavelengths of 565nm and 641 nm in water, respectively, were synthesized by ultrasonic method. Compared those intensity dyes became weaker solution an alkali, alkaline-earth, or transition metal ion, except Ag+ Zn2+; α-cyclodextrin β-cyclodextrin, them was increased, even under strong acidic condition. The converted into their succinimidyl active ester for conjugating NH2 groups lysine BSA. Porous nano-TiO2 film 68∼75 thickness prepared on ITO conductive glass from tetrabutyl titanate sol-gel. FESEM showed that diameter particle 30∼50 pore size 200∼300 nm. without presence cyclodextrin could make films sensitized, products be used as anodes dye-sensitized solar cells.
