摘要: Provided are a hard coating film for cutting tool, said having both an excellent wear resistance and deposition resistance, tool that is coated with the film. A (22) lubricity, high hardness, comprising phase (24) nitride phase, oxide carbide carbonitride or boride containing at least one element selected from among IVa group element, Va VIa Al Si binding (26) Au, Ag Cu, wherein layer three-dimensionally arranged to form composite structure in which bound via Cu so coefficient of friction can be reduced.
