摘要: A method and apparatus for maintaining state between a client (100) server( 130) while protecting security privacy allows the server (130) to monitor maintain record of client's current transaction status via unique identifier. Generally, generates identifier, which it transmits web applications (134) on remote servers during transactions. The can track series continuous related requests using this identifier better serve (100). Thus, by with (134), clients take advantage increased services than otherwise possible operating in stateless protocol. However, is able periodically change when user desires anonymity.
