摘要: We make a brief historical review to the moment model reduction kinetic equations, particularly Grad's method for Boltzmann equation. The focus is on hyperbolicity of reduced model, which essential existence its classical solution as Cauchy problem. theory framework we developed in last years then introduced, may preserve hyperbolic nature equations with high universality. Some lastest progress comparison between models with/without presented validate rarefied gases.
