摘要: This study shows that principal component analysis (PCA) in conjunction with iterative target transformation factor (ITTFA) is able to provide an independent estimate of the number, position and, a certain extent, shape spectral components required describe Mo 3d envelope as monitored by XPS reduced Mo/TiO 2 catalysts.
