摘要: A method of fast mode decision an enhancement layer using a bitrate-distortion cost in SVC encoder includes: calculating for current macro block and previous macro-block the based on optimal motion vector base frame; correcting calculated at by correction value reflecting relationship with frame to calculate final block; comparing selecting that will be removed from according comparison result.
