摘要: Abstract Spontaneous Preterm birth (SPTB) is a common obstetric complication affecting 12.9 million births worldwide and the leading cause of neonatal morbidity mortality. Disruption in vaginal microbiota has an impact on maternal immunological profile to SPTBs. Scientists have struggled link infectious agents with dysregulation immune response cases Throughout last decade, important findings regarding role its genome, so-called microbiome, linked alterations within population microorganisms our bodies changes nutrition, immunity, behaviour diseases. In this review, evidence female genital tract microbiome been examined help further understanding disrupting system resulting spontaneous preterm birth.
