摘要: The pollution of arable lands and water with petroleum-derived products is still a valid problem, mainly due the extensive works aimed to improve their production technology reduce fuel consumption protect engines. An example upgraded fuels BP 98 unleaded petrol Active technology. A pot experiment was carried out in which Eutric Cambisol soil polluted determine its effect on microbiological biochemical properties this soil. Analyses were microbiome composition-with incubation metagenomic methods, activity seven enzymes, cocksfoot hydrocarbon degradation. following indices determined: colony development index (CD); ecophysiological diversity (EP); microorganisms enzymes (IFG); (IFP); resistance microorganisms, (RS); Shannon-Weaver's bacterial taxa (H); degradation (IDH). found increase population numbers bacteria fungi, Protebacteria phylum abundance as well decrease Actinobacteria Acidobacteria phyla. cultivation petrol-polluted had an especially beneficial belonging Ramlibacter, Pseudoxanthomonas, Mycoplana, Sphingobium genera. least susceptible genera: Kaistobacter, Rhodoplanes, Bacillus, Streptomyces, Paenibacillus, Phenylobacterium, Terracoccus. Cocksfoot proved effective phytoremediation soil, it accelerated increased genetic bacteria. It additionally enhanced activities enzymes.
