摘要: Although left ventricular function is generally regarded as a key determinant of prognosis in aortic regurgitation, predictors outcome valve replacement based on this factor have recently been questioned. This study was performed to examine the role indexes predicting surgery patients with regurgitation and dysfunction. Fourteen preoperative ejection fraction improvement occurred despite presence many negative outcome, there significant correlation between postoperative eight tested predictors. Preoperative end-systolic dimension correlated best (r= −0.91) fraction. An 60 mm 0.55. The results indicate that still an important for regurgitation. However, current medical surgical techniques permit better reduced than previously considered possible.
