摘要: This paper suggests a theoretical and methodological framework that integrates Bourdieu’s conception of the juridical field with Mnookin Kornhauser’s claim centrality action occurring in shadow law. is constructed based on study Israeli legal governing divorce included analysis 360 files in-depth interviews more than 40 divorcees therapeutic professionals. The allows rare exploration action, including main positions within power relations between them, as well field’s boundaries game rules. findings illustrade importance fields theory if when opened up to informal dimensions law demonstrate potential suggested sociological understanding action.
