摘要: The dusky hopping mouse, Notomys fuscus, is a desert rodent that occurs in the Simpson Strzelecki Dunefield Bioregion Queensland, South Australia and New Wales, where stabilised sand dunes are its preferred habitat. A recent capture from Broken Hill Complex an atypical habitat (bluebush shrubland) new locality ~170 km south of nearest Wales record may indicate significant population eruption subsequent migration into areas following widespread ephemeral perennial plant production pulse occurred 2010.
